Good Morning! Summer is half over and we are already receiving news of fall plans and opportunities. The setting is Club Talavera inside PGA Village Verano and attractions include great food, drinks, games and prizes.

> Red Ledges, Heber City UT was selected as one of only eight sites in the world to host the Million Dollar Invitational golf event on CBS Sports in 2013.

Next June, the Million Dollar Invitational at Red Ledges will tee off on the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, recently named Best Golf Course in Utah by Best of State Awards for a third consecutive year.

A field of 144 amateur golfers will for a total purse of $1,660,000 and the winner will receive $1 million. CBS Sports will televise the Million Dollar Invitational at Red Ledges nationally. Send me more information about Red Ledges!

> Daniel Island, Charleston, SC sees clear real estate market improvements as measured by declining inventories and an increase in the selling price of real estate in the community. Average price of all single-family homes sold in the first half of 2012 was $678,000, an increase of 7 % over the same period last year.
