Balsam Mountain Preserve, Sylva, NC has been selected ‘Best Golf Community of the Year’ by the Real Estate Scorecard. It was the second year in a row the mountain community had received a ‘Best’ award. Last year the Scorecard named Balsam “Best Equestrian” community.
