Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, GA retained course architect Bob Cupp to revisit his original design, The Landing, and supervise a renovation that includes hole reconfiguration, new bunkering, the expansion of tee boxes and a new set of forward tees, plus updates to cart paths and buildings.
Much of Cupp’s original atmosphere is being recaptured with the planting of peripheral ornamental grasses that evoke a heathland feel while adding shape and challenges to many holes. Send me more information about Reynolds Plantation!
About Reynolds Plantation
Reynolds Plantation is a lake and golf community offering 117 holes of championship golf on the shores of Lake Oconee. Located 75 miles east of Atlanta via Interstate 20, Reynolds Plantation’s long list of amenities is headlined by five of the best golf course designers in the business—Jack Nicklaus, Bob Cupp, Tom Fazio, Rees Jones and Jim Engh.
In addition to its beautiful setting along more than 374 miles of Lake Oconee shoreline, the community offers residents and guests four marinas, four clubhouses, 16 tennis courts and miles of walking trails, engaing natural scenery and a Ritz-Carlton Lodge for vacationers and real estate prospects.
Lake & Golf Views
Most of the homesites and cottages now offered at Reynolds Plantation overlook either the lake or one of six championship golf courses. Some even offer a combination of both golf and lake.
Whatever the view, year-round residences and vacation homes here blend in with the natural surroundings and offer easy access to all amenities. Southern Living Magazine chose Reynolds Plantation as the location home for its renowned Idea House. Real estate begins at $39,900.
Model Home Center
Perhaps the most fascinating housing options are to be found at Reynolds’s Model Home Center. Here potential buyers can tour four homes and mix and match floor plans, furnishings, and exterior elevations.
The option the buyer chooses can then be constructed within Reynolds Plantation. Send me more information about Reynolds Plantation!
