Daniel Island, SC: Sellers getting almost entire asking price.
> Daniel Island, Charleston SC reports that real estate activity remained brisk in November, with 15 closed transactions totaling $8.6 million plus 13 pending and contingent sales. Among these was a waterfront home on Creek Landing Street that sold for over $3 million.
