DC Ranch, Scottsdale AZ announced that plans were finalized for the construction of the first and only luxury condominiums in the community, Sterling at Silverleaf, which will comprise 213 luxury condominiums adjacent to the Silverleaf Club.
The condominiums will average 1,892 sf and residents will have access to five-star amenities, besides being next to the Silverleaf Club, including a dedicated concierge and valet service, among others.
