> Daniel Island, Charleston SC reports that its Daniel Island Community Fund (DICF) awarded more than $72,000 to local nonprofits including Operation Home, East Cooper Meals on Wheels and East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO).
One example of the DICF’s efforts is its support for Operation Home, which helps very low-income citizens remain in their homes through increased safety and accessibility by facilitating critical home repairs.
