Named as one of the five “Best of the Best” private golf courses in Georgia by Georgia Golf News, Waterfall Club’s mountain layout features 18 championship holes designed by Scott Pool.
The panoramic views across the course and of Lake Burton will be a major distraction, in addition to the challenging holes confronting you.
In particular, the signature second hole has golfers teeing off at the top of a 215-foot cascading waterfall for a truly breath-taking and memorable experience.

The Waterfall Club has a dock on the lake where club members may enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and picnicking. Pontoon boats are available for half- or full-day rental.
Tennis is popular here where there are indoor and outdoor tennis courts which host round robins, clinics and private lessons.
The 24-hour Fitness Center features LifeFitness strength and cardio equipment with personal training available upon request. Complimentary yoga classes and water aerobics are also available, plus whirlpool, sauna and steam room.

The Lodge Residences

There’s plenty to do and see in the Lake Burton area. Start with the lake’s two marinas which offer boat rentals, wet slip and dry storage.
The lake will satisfy your trophy fishing ambitions, and if you want trout fishing, streams hosting the popular fish can be reached within a 10-minute drive.
The Chattahoochee National Forest has hiking trails, access to the Appalachian Trail is a 10- minute drive and there is whitewater rafting on the Chattooga River. There are three State Parks in the area within 10- to 30-minute drives. Send me more information about Waterfall!
