Moss Creek, SC To Hold Health Seminar Focusing on Nutrition, Cancer Prevention, Stroke Awareness

Moss Creek, Hilton Head SC will hold its annual Member Appreciation Day on Thur., Jan. 5 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Fitness Center.

It’s a chance to get started on a healthy new year as the Beaufort Memorial Health and Wellness Team greets residents with information for staying healthy.

Vendors on hand will include a nutritionist, cancer prevention, stroke awareness and prevention plus many others.
