> The Landings on Skidaway Island, GA reports that sales in the community, coming off a very strong 2010, are again outpacing national and regional real estate trends.

Savannah Board of Realtor statistics show that home transactions (closings) in all of Chatham County in 2011 were up 11.8% versus 2010 – but home closings in The Landings were up a robust 30.7% in that same period.
