Sea Pines, SC: Hosted free open house this week.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC and its new golf staff member, Julie Cole, hosted a complimentary open house for women golfers on Wed., Sept. 18 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Golf Learning Center at The Sea Pines Resort.
Registration and check-in began at 9 am followed by three, 30-minute morning demonstrations on putting, pitching, and full swing led by Cole and The Sea Pines Resort golf staff.
The afternoon line-up included a “15-Minute Fast Fit” with golf equipment fitter Marcus Hunt and specialized full-swing clinics with Cole, who is one of the LPGA’s Top 50 Teachers. Send me more information about Sea Pines!

Red Ledges Breaks Sales Records
Homes are selling fast in this mountain communities.
> Red Ledges, Heber City UT is experiencing another banner year for real estate sales, as the community breaks its own records for the fourth year in a row and is on track to reach a new milestone—$100 million in sales in 2019.
The community reports that it is anticipating 150 transactions by year’s end, which is 10 percent ahead of 2018’s performance.
The $100 million sales total would represent a jump of nearly 20 percent over last year. Currently, there are 80 homes under construction, with another 32 in the design review process.

> Lake Arrowhead, Waleska GA recently announced that construction work on its new Marina Pavilion would commence by December. The project is a two-story pavilion that will be floating on the lake with a walkway to the marina where the existing pavilion is currently located.

Sun City Oro Valley, AZ: Golf Club Voted Best in Tucson.
