> Woodside, Aiken SC is partnering with the CanHope Cancer Foundation to host a Halloween road-race event with 5K and one-mile divisions. The event is Fri., Oct. 29 beginning at 6 p.m. and participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite superhero costume or any costume of their choosing.

Sea Pines Resort, SC: New golf experience coming this fall.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC announced that the Sea Pines Country Club would be unveiling its reimagined golf experience on Nov. 1. The renovated golf facility will feature a new bag drop station, an expanded practice facility, and a complete re-grassing of the course’s tees, greens and fairways.
