Amelia Island Plantation, FL: New culinary project.
> Amelia Island Plantation, Amelia Island FL and its executive chef, Daven Wardynski, recently hosted a representative from the National Honey Board to inspect a new complex of beehives custom-designed and built by the resort’s culinary department.
Several top chefs from throughout the Omni network of hotel restaurants also visited, cooperating on a project to use the hive products for new food and beverage recipes.
