Environmentally Planned
WPi’s plans for this exciting project, in collaboration with Cooper Carry Architects, reflect careful placement of club facilities while maximizing views, enhancing circulation and preserving a stand of treasured live oaks. Club operations will remain open throughout construction.
The project’s environmentally friendly design and construction practices include recycling materials, reusing Savannah Gray bricks, pulverizing construction debris and materials for use as a base for asphalt paving and pervious paving fields, and bio retention storm draining basins.
Completion is slated for spring 2014.
