Ford’s Colony, VA Golf Fundraiser
Ford’s Colony, VA: Recent fundraiser raised $72,000.
> Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg VA recently held the 27th playing of a golf fundraiser to support the health and wellness of area residents in need.
In cooperation with the Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center, the Ford’s Colony men’s golf association played a Challenge Tournament that helped generate a $72,000 contribution to the cause for 2022. This brought the total Ford’s Colony men’s golf association contribution to almost $1.3 million over the 27 years of the event. Send me more information about Ford’s Colony!

Sea Pines Resort, SC Shrimp Festival
Sea Pines Resort, SC: Hosts upcoming Shrimp Festival.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC has its annual Hilton Head Island Shrimp Festival scheduled for Sat., Sept. 24 in the community’s famed Harbour Town center from 1 to 4 p.m. This family-friendly event features savory shrimp dishes prepared by 18 Hilton Head-area chefs, craft beers from more than 14 breweries, specialty vendors and live music by local rock band Groove Town Assault.
There is also an activity-filled “Kid Zone” with a bounce house, face painting, arts & crafts and more. Children 8 and under get free admission. Send me more information about Sea Pines!
