St. James Plantation, Southport, NC reports that real estate sales for the year so far has soared to 236 properties, representing more than $38 million in sales.
Best of all, sales are up more than 130% over 2011. The community posted $8,328,500 in sales during the first quarter (49 closings of homes and lots).
That pace sped up in the second quarter, with 112 closings for a total volume of $18,394,500—94 percent higher than 2Q 2011.
