Sunset Dunes, PEI, Canada is reporting that real estate activity has rebounded to 2008 levels with the sale of 10 lots this past summer.

Likewise, there was a resale of one of the original lots in Phase One, along with a sale of the Craftsmen Collection home on lot No. 33.
