Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL congratulates this year’s Division II NCAA Golf Champions, the Lynn University women’s varsity golf team and its head coach Danny Randolph.

The Fighting Knights use the 36 holes of Boca Woods C.C. as its home-match venue and conducts all drills and coaching sessions on the club’s outstanding practice complex. Boca Woods Country Club, FL Names New Superintendent

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL has pleased to announce the appointment of Brent Roberson as the new superintendent of its Woods Golf Course. Roberson will be working closely with the club’s director of golf course maintenance, Jason Sprankle, who oversees the 36-hole facility.

Roberson attended Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, N.C. An internship at The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, FL. brought him to Palm Beach County. Send me more information about Boca Woods!

Boca Woods Country Club, FL Welcomes New Executive Chef

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL announces the appointment of Levent Yurdatap as the club’s new executive chef. Levent began his career in 1993 working for a public restaurant group, learning his craft in upscale hotels, high-end public restaurants and working on corporate accounts as well.

He went on to the number two position with prestigious Admiral’s Cove in nearby Jupiter. Chef Levent most recently served as the executive chef at The Falls Golf and Country Club in Lake Worth, FL. Send me more information about Boca Woods!

Boca Woods Country Club, Tennis Director Pro of Year

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton, FL announces that the club’s Director of Tennis, Geoff Moore, was awarded District Pro of the Year honors at the U.S. Professional Tennis Association Annual State Convention held at the PGA National Resort.

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL has completed construction of its new golf practice facilities, making the comprehensive practice facility at Boca Woods among the best in the area. The extra-wide range design features an expansive double-tier practice area seeded with lush paspalum grass and Titleist NXT golf balls.

Boca Woods Country Club, FL Holds Pickleball Exhibitions

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL is part of the pickleball trend sweeping through Palm Beach County. Geoff Moore, the USPTA director of tennis at Boca Woods, recently hosted two pickleball exhibitions at the club. The participating professionals, Chris Gunning, Kendall Lyon, Dick Stockton, and Craig Wittus, are all former ATP world ranked players.

Played with a hard paddle and a polymer wiffle ball, pickleball combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. Send me more information about Boca Woods!

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL recently held the grand opening of its brand-new golf practice and coaching complex. The new range and scoring-shot practice area are stocked with high quality Titleist NXT practice balls at no extra charge to members and guests.

The extra-wide range design features an expansive double-tier practice area seeded with lush paspalum grass. The redesigned practice putting and chipping greens feature MiniVerde ultradwarf Bermuda turfgrass and fresh sand in the practice bunker. Boca Woods Country Club Remodels Clubhouse, Pool, Patio

Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton FL reports that its clubhouse lobby and boardroom were recently remodeled and accented with new furniture, artwork and decor. Patio and pool areas were expanded and enhanced with new flooring, attractive stone work, outdoor furniture, and landscaping.  A pickle ball court was added.
