Sailfish Point Fishing Derby
Sailfish Point, FL: Fun was had by fishing fans of all ages.
> Sailfish Point, Stuart FL held its traditional Kid’s Fishing Derby Thur., March 29 on the docks at the community’s world-class Marina. The competition was followed by a hot dog lunch and awards upstairs. Bait and tackle were provided and awards were given out to each participant.
From the Sailfish Point Marina to open water is just a five-minute trip, with access to the Indian River, the Atlantic Ocean and the St. Lucie Inlet all await. Along with being an acknowledged “Sailfish capital of the World,” Stuart is also provide fishing waters that yield dolphin, wahoo, kingfish, tarpon, snook, redfish and sea trout. Easter at WindRiver
WindRiver, TN: Hosting Easter celebration.
> WindRiver, Lenoir City TN has an Easter Brunch celebration coming up this Sun., April 1 with three seatings, one every two hours, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Along with the buffet meal there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids (and adults too) on the adjacent Lakeside Lawn.
