Sea Pines Resort, SC: New getaways available.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC recently announced its latest “Getaway Package” for fall and winter getaways through March 2, 2018. The offer starts at $127.50 a night for three nights in a two-bedroom deluxe villa as well as up to 15 percent off already reduced nightly and weekly rates for homes and villas.
It includes complimentary lunch and dinner entrées for two (one-time only each) at Links, Live Oak, Coast and Quarterdeck restaurants; preferred golf rates on the resort’s three championship golf courses including famed Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA TOUR’s RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing; and a $50 resort credit for stays of seven or more nights. WindRiver Hosts Golf Tournament
WindRiver, TN: Hosts golf tournament.
> WindRiver, Lenoir City TN will again host the annual Pat Summit Invitational golf tournament, happening Thur., Oct. 16. Calling all Golfers! WindRiver is proudly hosting the Pat Summitt Invitational to benefit The Pat Summitt Foundation and its fight against Alzheimer’s disease.

Senior PGA Chmps at Desert Mountain
Desert Mountain, AZ: Hosts PGA championship.
> Desert Mountain, Scottsdale AZ last week successfully hosted the 29th Senior PGA Professional Championship, won by Frank Esposito Jr. of Forsgate C.C. in New Jersey, who took the first-place prize of $21,500 from a total purse of $300,000. It was played on The Cochise and Geronimo Courses, two of the six Jack Nicklaus designs at the 108-hole resort community.
From 2012 to 2016, the Cochise Course was host to the PGA Tour Champions season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship, and it is a former site of the Regions Tradition, one of five major championships on the PGA Tour Champions. Send me more information about Desert Mountain!
