Beach Club Updates at Ocean Ridge Plantation, SC

Ocean Ridge Plantation, NC: Club offers updated amenities.

> Ocean Ridge Plantation, Ocean Isle Beach NC is all set for the spring season with exciting new improvements to its centerpiece amenity, the oceanfront Beach Clubhouse.

The building’s exterior was just repainted in a new coastal-color palette and there is new lighting on the staircase from the mid-level to the ground level. Treasure Lake, PA: Lake community welcomes special visitor.

> Treasure Lake, DuBois PA salutes the spring holiday season with a special event on Sat., April 8 from 9 a.m. to noon at the community’s Lakeview Lodge & Conference Center. It’s “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny” followed by Treasure Lake’s annual “Easter Egg Hunt.”

The event is open to all and tickets are required. Attendees should bring a camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny and likewise bring a basket for egg gathering. Price is $10.50 for children 3 to 12 years old and $14 for adults. Send me more information about Treasure Lake!

New Course Coming to Palmetto Bluff, SC

Palmetto Bluff, SC: New course in the works.

> Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC announced plans to build a major new amenity for residents and their guests, a “reversible” nine-hole golf course. On a level 50–acre site alongside the communty’s inland waterway, the design firm of King & Collins will lay out a 3,100-acre course that can be played clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Expected to include two par-3s, five par-4s and two par-5s—in each direction—the project is due to begin work in January.  Send me more information about Palmetto Bluff!

 

New Manager at Indian River Colony Club, FL

Indian River CC, FL: Welcomes new dining room manager.

> Indian River Colony Club, Melbourne-Viera FL has appointed Ryan McNamara as Dining Room Manager. Chosen over 60 other candidates for the position, McNamara will be responsible for the hiring, training and scheduling of all service staff for the community’s private restaurant, in addition to coordinating daily staffing requirements and beverage operations.
