Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club, Stuart FL is reporting the recent sale of a Marbella model home on Winters Creek, a San Remo-design residence in Bayberry Village, another San Remo home in Sweetbay Village and a Mile Lake condominium.

As the winter season concludes, the community has excellent results tallied. Since October of 2013, there have been 19 closed sales in Harbour Ridge. Harbour Ridge Yacht & CC, FL Tennis & Golf Challenge

Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club, Stuart FL just held its 3rd Annual Tennis & Golf Challenge. Tennis matches took place in the morning, followed by a 9-hole golf tournament in the afternoon. Plans are also afoot for the community’s annual two-day spring fishing contest.

Tournament categories include deep-sea Atlantic Ocean fishing and St. Lucie River fishing. Also on the schedule is the 4th Annual Lure Run at the Harbour Ridge Dog Park.  Send me more information about Harbour Ridge!

Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club, Stuart FL has a Be Our Guest program that includes two nights’ accommodations, two rounds of golf, two lunches in the Grille Room, a couple’s elegant dinner with complimentary glass of wine or cocktail, unlimited use of tennis, fitness center and swimming pool plus a pontoon boat tour on the St. Lucie River and a property tour.
