Harbour Ridge’s HR Properties Is A Top Firm
Harbour Ridge, FL: Seeing strong sales of beautiful homes.
> Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club presented by HR Properties, Stuart FL continues its run of success as the dominant real estate firm within its community. Out of 45 sales recorded in the 2017 selling season, HR Properties represented either the seller or the buyer in more than half (total of 27) of them.
In addition, HR Properties represented both sides of the transaction in 18 of those 45 closings. The firm is also off to a strong start in the 2018 season, representing the seller in two-thirds of all 2018 transactions that have closed. Send me more information about Harbour Ridge!

Dockery’s Set To Open At Daniel Island
Daniel Island, SC: Excited for new Dockery’s opening.
> Daniel Island, Charleston SC has news about a new addition to its Island Park Drive downtown area for shopping, dining and entertainment. Joining long-time favorite dining spots Laura Albert’s and Lidi, the all-new Dockery’s is a family-friendly restaurant and live music venue as well as the island’s only brewery.
It’s scheduled to open this week. The Dockery’s menu will focus on elevated cuisine from its live-fire grill, smoker, rotisserie and wood-burning oven, and will complement the restaurant’s house-brewed craft beer.
