Strong Sales at Desert Mountain
Desert Mountain, AZ: Enjoying strong sales figures.
> Desert Mountain, Scottsdale AZ has released its 2020 year-to-date real estate sales figures through the month of October, headlined by a Custom Home sales tally of 87 residences, including 14 with purchase prices above $3 million.
In the Semi-Custom Home category, there have been 53 transactions to date, most of which are in the under-$1 million range. A total of 40 Desert Mountain homesites have been sold this year, almost all of them at prices under $500,000. Send me more information about Desert Mountain!

> Sailfish Point, Stuart FL was recently the subject of an upbeat article in River Living Magazine, focused on the community’s longstanding concerted efforts to better the lives of those in need.
The award-winning Sailfish Point Foundation was cited in the magazine for its support of college scholarships for Sailfish Point employees, their spouses, and their children.
Also recognized are Martin County high school graduates who demonstrate achievement, commitment to learning, and community service.
