Three New Homebuilders Coming to The Village at Vistancia
Vistancia, Peoria, AZ, announces the arrival of three new homebuilders –Gehan Homes, Mattamy Homes and Woodside Homes—that will bring new homes and designs to more than 330 lots within the award-winning master-planned community.
Gehan Homes
The Vista Pointe neighborhood by Gehan Homes in The Village at Vistancia will feature 50 homesites that will offer a selection of six floorplans ranging from 2,001 to 3,958 sf. Gehan Homes is a Builder magazine “Top 100” homebuilder whose new home designs will be exclusive to Arizona.
Homes will feature great rooms, flex rooms and three-car split garages with a variety of options, including snail showers, game rooms, pocket offices and media rooms. There will be three architectural styles–Ranch Hacienda, Spanish Colonial and Tuscan–with a model opening at Vistancia in early July.

Mattamy Homes
Mattamy Homes, the largest new home builder in Canada, will open Westland Heights in The Village at Vistancia, offering Craftsman, Territorial Ranch and Spanish designs. Home will have open floorplans and feature front porches, porticos, flex rooms, casitas, great rooms and tandem garages.
Mattamy Homes will offer two models featuring floorplans ranging from range from 1,511 to 3,509 sf in its Westland Heights neighborhood. Mattamy will have 105 homesites in The Village at Vistancia with plans to grand open late August.
Mattamy Homes also recently closed on the last available developer land parcel in The Village at Vistancia. Featuring an additional 130 homesites, the neighborhood of Desert Vista will offer an intimate desert enclave with homes that back to open space, cul de sacs and expansive desert views. Woodside Homes
Woodside Homes, a highly respected leader in the home-building industry, will be opening its Sonoran Views neighborhood in August. Featuring two models, Sonoran Views will offer four floorplans ranging from 2,105 to 3,166 sf. Special options include tasting room, laundry pass through and covered outdoor rooms.
