> Daniel Island, Charleston SC‘s recently released monthly activity report shows continued strong performance in real estate sales. November’s strong results make it the community’s second-best month of 2015, with 19 properties closing for more than $16.5 million in sales volume.

> The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Sunset SC and its members and staff will bid goodbye to 2015 with a festive New Year’s Eve Dinner on Thur., Dec. 31 in the club’s Orchard House dining space from 7 to 11 p.m. The evening begins with passed hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m.
