Palmetto Bluff Bluffton SC Buffalo Run October 12: Palmetto Bluff has a new fitness and community-building tradition, the Buffalo Run. It inaugural edition takes place on Sun., Oct 12, over three separate course. Runners have the option of either a 10k, 30k, or 50k race throughout the pristine property of Palmetto Bluff. The running course will traverse the protected habitats of the Bluff, providing runners exclusive access to some of the most beautiful and undeveloped land this area has to offer.
