Home Sales at The Landings, GA Jump 21% in 2012
Home sales at The Landings, Savannah, GA, rose more than 21% in 2012 to 217 transactions–double the sales in 2009–according to The Landings Company in a report just issued.

Home buyers coming through The Landings Company were up a robust 40.2% in 2012 over the prior year, and the total number of Landings property buyers or listings sold through The Landings Company has nearly tripled in 3 years from 110 sales in 2009 to 289 in 2012.
