New Courses at The Concession

The Concession, FL: Two new courses open and ready for play.

> The Concession, Bradenton FL recently opened “The Gimme” par-3 course and the “Snake Acre” 18-hole putting course, two much-anticipated additions to its golf amenity,. The Gimme is a 9-hole par-3 designed by Chris Cochran and the team at Nicklaus Design. Tucked into a natural setting within walking distance of the club’s on-site lodging, it features replicas of some of golf’s most famous holes.

The 18-hole putting course, Snake Acre, is one of the largest putting courses in the state and is equipped with high–tech LED lighting for nighttime play. Construction cost for these additions was $2 million.  Send me more information about The Concession!

Open House Tour at Quail Ridge

One of four homes featured on next week’s Open House tour.

> Quail Ridge, Boynton Beach, FL invites you to an Open House next Wednesday, February 19. The event runs from 10AM – Noon. This open house tour will be a great way for you to preview the community’s different floor plans.

Indian River Colony Club Awarded for Service

Indian River Colony Club, FL: Receives award for public service.

> Indian River Colony Club, Melbourne-Viera FL was honored at the Space Coast Public Service Awards last month in Cape Canaveral with the 2019 Outstanding Military Service Award. In addition to significant contributions made by the community’s charitable foundation, ongoing service and generosity exhibited by the community toward veterans and military-related causes were cited.

These included participation in and/or donations to veteran related organizations such as the Veterans Administration, the Cape Canaveral Cemetery, the United Service Organizations, Veterans Memorial Center, Wreaths Across America and more.  Send me more information about Indian River Colony Club!
