> WindRiver, Lenoir City TN will host “a relaxed, bourbon-infused evening in honor of America’s only native spirit” on Fri., Jan. 12 at the community’s on-property fine-dining establishment, Citico’s Restaurant from 6 to 8 p.m.
The “vertical tasting” of these bourbons will include the following selections and will be accompanied by hors d’oeuvres: W.L. Weller Special Reserve, Old Weller Antique, W.L. New Year’s Eve at Osprey Cove

New Quail Ridge Clubhouse Opens
> Quail Ridge Golf & Country Club, Boynton Beach FL has big news. First, their new clubhouse has finally opened to rave reviews and last month was the best November ever for real estate sales at Quail Ridge. December is also a record breaker and the month still has a week to go.
The club is also welcoming many new members as the inventory of homes available for sale continues to shrink, according to Broker-in-Charge Ann Jara. Conequently, she says, prices are beginning to rise. Send me more information about Quail Ridge!
