Sea Pines Resort, SC Continues Renovations
Sea Pines Resort, SC: Restoring Harbour Town Golf Links.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC announced plans for complete restoration of its premier golf amenity, Harbour Town Golf Links. In early May of next year the famed course, home since 1969 to the PGA Tourās RBC Heritage Classic, will close for six months as the Davis Love III architectural group conducts restoration work.
Every green, bunker and bulkhead will be rebuilt. There will likewise be general improvements to enhance agronomy and simplify maintenance. Send me more information about Sea Pines!
Veteran and IRCC, FL Resident Wins Award
Indian River CC, FL: Resident and veteran honored for writings.
> Indian River Colony Club, Melbourne-Viera FL is honoring a resident of the community for her recent literary achievement in the category of drama.Ā Cheryl Navo, a U.S. Army veteran, received the 2024 Ropp Playwright Award and a $500 cash prize from the prestigious Surfside Playhouse in Cocoa Beach.
