The Club at Viniterra golf course is maintained using environmentally sensitive practices, saving as much as 80 percent of the water consumed by traditional golf courses, and exclusively uses the grass hybrid āCelebration,ā which is far more draught-resistant and requires 70 percent less water to maintain than traditional golf course sods.
