Lakewood National, FL: Bringing happy hour to your home.
> Lakewood National, Bradenton FL, a new community within the greater Lakewood Ranch development is converting its popular Ranch Nite musical events into virtual gatherings.
Every Wednesday from 7 to 8 pm Lakewood Ranch will be live–streaming to residents a selection of local musicians who will deliver relaxing happy-hour performances. A schedule of which artists will be participating is due to go out soon. Send me more information about Lakewood National!

Indian River Club Charity Work
Indian River Club, FL: Continues charity efforts.
> Indian River Club, Vero Beach FL is marking the sixth anniversary of its community charity, Head, Heart & Hands of Indian River Club. When the organization celebrated the five-year mark in 2019, it had already reached the milestone of $500,000 awarded to local charities.
Among its beneficiaries are the Education Foundation of Indian River County, Childcare Resources, Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties, The Source, Gifford Youth Orchestra and The Learning Alliance. Send me more information about Indian River Club!
Strong Sales at Desert Mountain
Desert Mountain, AZ: Strong sales of beautiful homes.
> Desert Mountain, Scottsdale AZ has published its first-quarter real estate Market Report, showing impressive results for the January-March 2020 period. In the Custom Homes category there were 31 sold and 17 pending. Nine of those 31 were priced above $2 million.
In the Semi-Custom category no less than 20 properties of the 25 available were sold—that’s compared to 8 closed sales in the same period last year. Sales of homesites kept pace with Desert Mountain’s year-ago performance, as 13 sites completed purchase and 3 were listed as pending. Send me more information about Desert Mountain!
