Good Morning! Welcome to a special water view homes issue in we focus on communities located on the water. Some of the communities such as Hampton Lake, SC, and Bellalago, FL, do not have golf courses (although they are close by) which helps lower club dues and fees.
The ones noted below are just a sampling of the many featured on our water view community website, WaterViewHome.net. If you are considering retirement in a few years, or if retirement is imminent, you’ll find a warm welcome at all these properties. Your feedback on any community is always appreciated!–David Lott, Founder/Publisher
